We meet every Sunday morning in Kildonan Park at 8am near the restaurant parking lot.
Each week everyone will be given the opportunity to choose between a 5k and 10k route. Each distance has a run leader to provide plenty of support along the way.
The goal is to create a safe, no judgement place where we can come together to enjoy movement, connection and community.
